• You're leading a non-profit organization. How can you make the most of your project management tools?

  We operate a non profit alongside a venture fund, and have used tools that are familiar to entrepreneurs, especially since they are one of our primary communities. We typically work with startup platforms that understand the complexity of our work, the data we need to collect, and which tools will not only help us automate our work, but meet the goals we’ve outlined as a team. Most of the non profit work is programmatic and requires reporting data. As a non profit we work with free tools that could help us collect and analyze the data.As a team, we evaluate if the tool is still working for us, or if we need to find another based on our current goals.

  Shila is passionate about the work the Society does in creating partnerships with organizations that help us stay well, get well, find cures and fight back against a disease that claims too many.
